At FCSAmerica employees are given opportunities to participate on workgroups to stretch their brain and get out of the day-to-day work for a few hours at a time. I’ve been able to participate in a workgroup called ’team’ which is our employee annual report. Team is really about the employees - there are no financial numbers, no business strategy or initiatives, just employees and all the work and fun that we have.

The publication is mailed to all employee's homes, given in new employee culture boxes, given to our board of directors and taken to career fairs to promote our work culture and the fun that we have. It is published once a year and a workgroup of nine get together off and on for about 3 months to complete the publication. I’ve been lucky to be able to participate many times over the course of the years I have worked at FCSAmerica. I enjoy working on this project because it gives me a chance to flex my graphic design skills. The most recent publication (2018) consisted of over 50 full color pages.
