Farm Credit Services of America hired their first User Experience designer in 2011. I was lucky enough to be the one who was offered the position. That came with it’s own set of challenges of trying to introduce User Experience to an IT team of almost 100 members. I worked with the team to create what we call the Lean Experience Delivery (LED). Not every project uses all of the items but depending on how large the project is and how much time is allotted to it, depends on which items are included.

I also created a website that housed all of this information so that it was easily accessible to all team members.
